About me
Ello! Silent here. I'm a self-taught digital artist, freelance illustrator, graduated graphic designer and a Minecraft builder/creator. Since 2016 I've been drawing digitally colorful characters and creating stories, I love to keep learning and discovering any new techniques and styles. I'm mostly interested in character design, concept art and animation.
Currently in their way of getting an Astrophysics PhD in Mexico City, to get a job while study and prepare for exams and make happy the people I care for and my lovely customers!
I'm a simple Mexican person, trying their best to live happy, be better in every possible way and learning about life as an adult. With your help and support, everything is possible! TERMS OF SERVICE
Once you get any commission from me, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. Read them carefully; these terms are subject to change at any time. ✦ GENERAL RULES ✦
▪︎ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against the terms mentioned here.
▪︎ I reserve all rights to my work, which means that I have no limit to use any commissioned work, be it in price sheets, promoting my work or uploading it to my galleries and portfolio.
▪︎ I can make private commissions; if you need it, let me know before starting the commission (the advantage of a private commission is that no one will have access/will be able to see it rather than the client).
▪︎ I may consider discussing multiple pieces pricing with a small discount.
▪︎ What does "detailed/extras" mean? In my commissions, the detailed/extras term includes characters with very detailed or complex design (very complex or specific markings, many elements on the character's design too), winged characters, elemental effects (water, fire, wind, magic, etc.), weapons, armor, complex accessories, etc.
▪︎ NSFW commissions will add an extra 20% of the commission's total price.
▪︎ I do have the Waitlist option, if you would like to grab a slot for any time of the year I can add you, once I reach the slot, I'll contact you to process the request.▪︎ You have the right to give any PERSONAL use to your commission.
▪︎ You have the right to post/share the commission, as long as you give the corresponding credits.
▪︎ You can't use the artwork for commercial purposes (it involves obtaining money from the commission). To know about commercial rights, please read below.
▪︎ You can't use the artwork to make edits without my consent.
▪︎ You don't have the right to claim the artwork as yours.
▪︎ You won't trace/copy/steal the artwork.You may NOT use the artwork for any sort of NFTs/Blockchain/cryptocurrency.
You may NOT use the artwork for training AI.
✦ PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS ✦
▪︎ To keep my customers safe, I normally ask for complete payment until I reach the queue (in case there are many requests). If you want, you can pay once I've accepted your request or sent the invoice but then I'll be your responsibility waiting for your turn.
▪︎ All payments are made by PayPal invoices in USD, the invoice will include the +10% PayPal commission for the service.
▪︎ TAT: My commissions are completed within 3-4 weeks after payment; I always try to finish them in the shortest time possible, so I can deliver the commission sooner. If I cannot finish the commission for any reason (personal problems, emergencies...), I will let you know and make a partial refund depending on what type of artwork is. I do not offer full refunds.▪︎ I have payment plans avaliable for larger or multiple commissions, can be disscused upon request.
▪︎ If you prefer, you can extend your waiting time, and give me the space I need before continuing with your order.
▪︎ If you need your commission to be completed in a specific time, it will cost an extra 30% of the commission's total price.
▪︎ There will be no refunds once the artwork is done or very near completion.
✦ CANCEL ORDERS ✦
Please let me know if you want/need to cancel the commission.
▪︎ You can cancel your commission if you haven't paid yet.
▪︎ You can cancel your commission if I haven't started with the rough sketch.
▪︎ You can cancel your commission if you don't approve the clean sketch.
▪︎ If I have already sent the clean sketch, you will have 2 days to cancel it, after those days you won't be able to do it.
Cancelling the commission doesn't guarantee I'll make a complete refund! Please note that if I've already started with the sketches, I'll make a partial refund.
▪︎ Do I (client) get something if you (artist) have already started with the commission? Yes! If you want, I can send you what I have done of your commission, this also applies if I cannot finish the commission for an external reason.
✦ WORK PROCESS ✦
▪︎ Fill out a commission Google Form or
▪︎ Send me either a DM on Discord (silentwolfartz) or email to [email protected] with the following info:
- PayPal email
- Commission Type
- Clear character reference(s)
- Idea for the commission: general info such as expressions, poses, actions, mood, situation; optional to write me a little backdrop or context about your commission idea
- Any other details you want to add/important you'd like me to know▪︎ After approval, I'll add you to my Trello list, I'll start the commission process by sending a thumbnail with a rough sketch, showing the character's action. After this, I'll send you the corresponding invoice, once paid I'll continue with the clean sketch. You have up to 3 small changes within the sketching process.▪︎ During the process you can ask for Work-in-Progress any time, to provide feedback and for you to follow the art process.▪︎ Once you approve the clean sketch, I will continue with the rest of the commission. If you request more changes after approval, I'll make an extra charge (this implies changing something if I have already started with the lineart, color or shading).
You can check the progress of your order on my Trello list. I try to keep it updated every time I can.
- TAT: My commissions are completed within 3-4 weeks after payment; I always try to finish them in the shortest time possible, so I can deliver the commission a little earlier. Even so, I'm working and studying. I can't draw every day due to it; I try to organize myself to give each commission the required time and deliver the best quality.▪︎ Once the artwork is complete, I will send you the corresponding file (normally is a high res and a small/cropped versions) through the email that was given to me for the PayPal invoice; if you want me to send it by another email, please let me know.
✦ COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS ✦
▪︎ Commissions with commercial purposes will cost 3 times the commission's final price. Commercial purposes include using the artwork to gain money in large times; involves YouTube, Twitch, and any other commercial site.
▪︎ Commissions with merch purposes will cost 2 times the commission's final price. Merch purposes includes using the artwork to gain money up to 2 times; prints, buttons, stickers, and more are also merch purposes.

✦ REGLAS GENERALES ✦
▪︎ Me reservo el derecho de rechazar una comisión por cualquier motivo, en especial si va en contra de los términos aquí listados.
▪︎ Me reservo todos los derechos sobre mi trabajo; lo que significa que no tengo ningún límite para usar trabajos comisionados, ya sea para promocionar mi trabajo, subirlo a galerías y portafolios, etc.
▪︎ Puedo hacer comisiones privadas; si lo necesitas, por favor házmelo saber antes de iniciar (la ventaja de una comisión privada es que nadie podrá ver/tener acceso a la comisión más que el cliente).
▪︎ Puedo considerar discutir precios para múltiples piezas incluso con un pequeño descuento.
▪︎ ¿Que significa "detallado/extras"? En mis comisiones, los términos detallados/extras significan personajes con diseños complejos o muy detallados (marcas complejas o muy específicas, muchos elementos en el diseño también), personajes alados, efectos elementales (agua, fuego, viento, magia, etc.), armas, armaduras, accesorios complejos, etc.
▪︎ Comisiones NSFW añadirán un extra 20% del costo total de la comisión.
▪︎ Cuento con la opción de Lista de Espera/Waitlist, si gustas apartar un lugar para cualquier fecha del año puedo añadirte, y una vez alcance ese lugar me pondré en contacto contigo para procesar el pedido.▪︎ Tienes el derecho de darle cualquier uso PERSONAL a la comisión.
▪︎ Tienes el derecho a compartir/postear la comisión, siempre y cuando dejes los créditos correspondientes.
▪︎ No puedes usar la comisión para propósitos comerciales (implica obtener ganancias con la comisión). Para aprender sobre derechos comerciales, por favor lee más abajo.
▪︎ No puedes usar la comisión para hacer edits sin mi consentimiento.
▪︎ No tienes el derecho de reclamar el arte como tuyo.
▪︎ No trazarás/copiarás/robarás el trabajo.NO USARÁS el arte para ningún tipo de NFTs/Blockchain/criptomonedas.
NO USARÁS el arte para entrenar IAs.
✦ PAGOS Y DEVOLUCIONES ✦
▪︎ Para mantener a mis clientes seguros, normalmente pido el pago completo cuando alcanzo el pedido en la lista (en dado caso de haber mucho pedido). Si lo prefieres, puedes realizar el pago una vez haya aceptado tu pedido o enviado la factura, pero desde ahí ya será tu responsabilidad esperar turno.
▪︎ Todos los pagos serán realizados mediante PayPal en USD, la factura incluirá el +10% de la comisión de PayPal por el servicio.PAGOS EN MÉXICO:
▪︎ Acepto pagos en peso mexicano, utilizo una conversión generalizada de 1USD = 15mxn.
▪︎ Si el pago es realizado por medio de facturas en PayPal, se incluirá un +10% de la comisión de PayPal por el servicio.
▪︎ Si el pago es realizado mediante transferencia, depósito bancario o pago en tiendas convencionales, necesitaré una foto del comprobante impreso o captura de la transacción, de preferencia que la fecha sea visible.▪︎ Tengo planes de pago disponibles para grandes o múltiples pedidos, se puede discutir mientras se realiza el pedido.
▪︎ TDE: Mis comisiones son completadas dentro de 3-4 semanas después del pago; siempre trato de tenerlas listas en el menor tiempo posible, por lo que puedo entregar antes. Si no puedo completar el pedido por alguna razón externa (problemas personales, emergencias...), te lo haré saber y haré una devolución parcial dependiendo del tipo de comisión. No realizo devoluciones completas.
▪︎ Si lo prefieres, puedes extender tu tiempo de espera y darme el espacio necesario antes de continuar con tu pedido.
▪︎ Si necesitas que complete la comisión en un periodo específico de tiempo, costará un extra de 30% del precio total de la comisión.
▪︎ No realizo devoluciones una vez el trabajo esté terminado o en fase terminal.
✦ CANCELAR PEDIDOS ✦
Por favor hazme saber si quieres/necesitas cancelar la comisión.
▪︎ Puedes cancelar tu comisión si aún no has realizado el pago.
▪︎ Puedes cancelar tu comisión si aún no he empezado con el boceto base.
▪︎ Puedes cancelar tu comisión si no apruebas el boceto limpio.
▪︎ Si ya he enviado el boceto limpio, tendrás 2 días para cancelar; pasados esos días no podrás hacerlo.
¡Cancelar la comisión no significa que haré un reembolso completo!
Por favor toma en cuenta que, si ya he iniciado con el proceso de bocetaje, devolveré parte del dinero según el avance que lleve.
▪︎ ¿Yo (cliente) recibo algo si tú (artista) ya has iniciado con la comisión? ¡Sí! Si lo quieres, puedo enviarte lo que tenga hecho de tu pedido; esto también aplica si no puedo completar la comisión por alguna razón externa.
✦ PROCESO DE TRABAJO ✦
▪︎ Llena un formulario de Google o
▪︎ Envía ya sea un mensaje a Discord (silentwolfartz) o un email a [email protected] con la siguiente información:
- Método de pago (de ser PayPal por favor añade tu email, de ser pago en México nos pondremos de acuerdo)
- Tipo de comisión
- Referencia clara del personaje(s)
- Idea para la comisión: información general como expresiones, poses, acciones, mood, situación; es opcional escribir algo de contexto o referencia para tu idea de la comisión
- Detalles extra que gustes añadir/que sepas que son importantes y necesite saberlo▪︎ Después de la aprobación, te añadiré a mi lista de Trello, empezaré el proceso de comisión enviando miniatura de un boceto base mostrando la acción general del personaje. Después de esto, enviaré la factura correspondiente (PayPal) o datos para pago en México; una vez pagado continuaré con el boceto limpio. Tienes disponibles hasta 3 cambios durante el proceso de bocetaje.▪︎ Durante el proceso de la comisión puedes pedir avances en cualquier momento, para darme comentarios y para que sigas el progreso de la comisión.▪︎ Una vez que apruebes el boceto limpio, continuaré el resto de la comisión. Si pides más cambios después de la aprobación tendré que hacer un cargo extra (esto implica cambiar algo si ya he iniciado con lineart, color o sombreado).
Puedes checar el progreso de tu pedido en mi lista de Trello, trato de tenerla actualizada siempre que puedo.
- TDE: Mis comisiones son completadas dentro de 3-4 semanas después del pago; siempre trato de tenerlas listas en el menor tiempo posible, por lo que puedo entregar antes. De todas maneras, estoy trabajando y estudiando por externo, no siempre puedo dibujar. Trato de organizarme para darle el tiempo necesario a cada comisión y entregar la mejor calidad posible.▪︎ Una vez que la comisión sea completada, utilizaré el correo que me fue otorgado en el formulario para enviar el archivo correspondiente (normalmente es una versión en alta resolución y otra en baja resolución/pequeña); si quieres que lo envíe por medio de otro, por favor házmelo saber.
